So Charles McDonald told me about this site and how awesome you guys are! I am getting married on the 5th of December and I was wondering the best way for me to drop some weight quick. I have made some lifestyle changes like cooking REAL meals and cutting down on soda with a goal to have it totally out of my diet. I honestly can't say that I am very limited in time during the week for exercise and such; I just don't know what to do besides run or do some amateur weight lifting techniques. The only thing I am limited is a gym membership. I have a gym in my apartment complex with the basics but nothing too fancy. I have been taking TNT as an appetite suppressor once a day and it has been helping about a pound a week. Is there anything I can do or improve things I am already doing to help see a bigger difference?

CONGRATULATIONS on getting married! Also, we so happy to help. Charlie is great! We also use TNT, by the way. There are many combination workouts that I can share with you that will help you get ready for December. It would be great to start out by having you take some photos of you gym space and equipment that you have available. That way I can give you a couple routines. The best way to achieve the results you want is to be consistent, and in order to do that we need a weekly plan. Depending on your final goal and how much time you have to devote to the gym/meal prep WE can set up a weekly plan that looks like similar to the following: Sunday Total Rest Day Monday: Morning Cardio & Lift Routine 45 Minutes Evening Slow Cardio 45 Minutes Tuesday: Evening Cardio 20 Minutes HIIT Followed by Cardio 30 Minutes Slow Cardio Wednesday: Morning Cardio & Lift Routine 45 Minutes Evening 20 Minutes HIIT Cardio Thursday: Morning REST Evening Cardio & Lift Routine 45 Minutes Friday: Morning Cardio & Lift Routine 45 Minutes Evening FUN its Friday Saturday: Morning Cardio 20 Minutes HIIT Cardio 30 Minutes Slow Cardio Evening FUN its Saturday This plan is more on the aggressive-side, but we can reduce the cardio sessions depending on you ability. The real changes come with the more consecutive days you stick to a plan. We don't want to have you crash down, because the body and skin develops a stressed look. So please reply with the following details and I can send you more details, as well as a general diet guide: 1. Pictures of you gym space and free dumbbells, free weights, or barbells 2. Your goal weight 3. Tell me about any injuries past We look forward to hearing from you!
