I'm a 38 year old female. I stand at 5 feet 3 inches tall and weigh 225. I want to lose weight and tighten certain areas. I have a busy life like most people, for instance; work, school, and taking care of my daughter. I believe I could squeeze 30 minutes to an hour for a workout. But, my biggest set back is lack of energy. I am curious if there is something that would possibly boost my energy level, where I feel like working out. The areas that need improvement are my abs, buttocks, thighs, and the fat under my arms (extra breast fat.) I need direction!!

Henry, Thanks for the meal plan. I will begin on Monday. If possible, I would like to do before and after pics. Wish me luck. Oh, I forgot to mention I love to drink wine. What's your opinion about alcohol consumption?
