Assisted Pullups 10 sets of 10 reps
Sumo Deadlift 10, 15, 20, 15, burnout

Good. Pull ups , pull downs front and back , seated rows, barbell rows. I can maintain with pull ups alone but the above with supplements and diet I can gain size and strength
